POHICK RUN CEMETERY
Was at the corner of Rolling Road and Donegal Lane
Springfield, Virginia USA
Original Information from Volume 2 of the Gravestone Books
This cemetery was formerly located at the northernmost point of a triangular lot at the corner of Rolling Road and Donegal Lane in Springfield. It was located 10' west of Rolling Rd., about 30' south of the intersection of Rolling Rd. and Donegal Ln. In 1989, the surveyor found six grave-sized depressions and one fieldstone marker on the site. That same year, the cemetery was moved by the Virginia Department of Transportation due to the construction of the Fairfax County Parkway.
