Here follows an excerpt from the "Jaybird's Jottings" blog written by Jay Roberts:

Elisha Cullen Dick
209 Prince Street

With our first President moments away from his last breath, Dr. Elisha Cullen Dick was called to his bedside. He also performed the Masonic rites at Washington’s funeral.

IMG_4712 The National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, Dr. Elisha Dick Chapter provides his bio. On his way to Charleston, South Carolina to practice there, he stopped in Alexandria. Washington asked him to set up his services in Alexandria. Dick agreed and became a leading citizen. In 1804 he became mayor.

Some sources say he lived in this house, while others say he may have. According to wiki, he rented here after financial troubles led to him moving out of his house on Duke Street.

There’s also disagreement about where he retired to. The DAR bio say a farm near Hollin Hill, about two miles south of the city in Fairfax County. Wiki says Columbia Pike, also in the Washington area.
